We have some tips for you so you can become a great panelist! 1. Accuracy is important! Be sure to enter accurate quantities, prices, store names, coupon information, etc. 2. Scan ALL types of purchases from all types of stores, including big and small shopping trips, purchases made by other household members, online purchases, and items consumed outside of your home, like snacks and drinks. 3. If you purchase items using a special deal like a coupon, discount, or store sale, please let us know. Manufacturers and retailers need to know what types of deals you're using when you buy their products. This way they know which deals to offer their customers. 4. No barcode? No problem! If you use a scanner, please refer to the Barcode Reference Booklet to record items that do not have a barcode, or when the scanner instructs you to go to the booklet. If you use the NCPMobile App, be sure to refer to the Non-Barcoded Items list in the app. 5. Consistency is essential! Not only does it help you earn great rewards and get entries to NCP's weekly, monthly, and quarterly sweepstakes, but it helps us understand your shopping experiences and preferences. 6. Visit the panelist website, www.ncponline.com, frequently to respond to surveys, check or redeem your points, and keep up-to-date with NCP. 7. Speaking of surveys, make sure to respond to all surveys you are invited to by the due date. Points are awarded for each survey you respond to, unless it is designated as a “Just For Fun” survey. 8. Keep us on your email safe sender's list. We do not send spam! All messages from NCP are related to panel membership, such as opportunities to earn more rewards and invitations to surveys. 9. If you can't shop for a period of time, whether you're on vacation or have a family or personal issue, let us know. Just call the Panel Support Center at 800-962-6700 or sending an email to [email protected]. This way, your membership will remain current and you'll continue to receive points and sweepstakes entries. 10. If you have any equipment or app issues that prevent you from scanning and transmitting your data, just contact us.
