The Dungala Kaiela Oration, annually co-hosted by the Kaiela Institute and the University of Melbourne, is this year delivered by Dr Lois Peeler AM, a proud Yorta Yorta woman whose distinguished and varied experience exemplifies the invincible spirit of her people.
