What is the plural of Child? What is the difference between Child, Child’s, Children, and Children’s? In this English lesson we answer these questions... and more. First we look at the difference between a child and an adult. Then we look at how child is a singular noun and that the plural form of child is children. We emphasize how we do NOT add an S to the end of CHILD or CHILDREN. Next we look at the possessive nouns CHILD'S and CHILDREN'S and the meaning of the apostrophe S at the end of those words (NOTE: They are NOT plural forms).
