35-year old Aaron Stahl of Venice is charged with Video Voyeurism for taking pictures up a woman's skirt at a Sarasota store on Sunday. This surveillance video captures the incident and shows the victim confronting Stahl before he runs out of the store. A witness got the suspect's tag number and investigators with the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office identified him and arrested him for the crime.
