So glad this shoot is finally getting its flowers so thought l'd post some bts. We actually shot this @Vivienne Westwood archive @Vivienne Westwood Archive in July of 2023. Diet Paratha, GO-SEE, and a team of exceptional talent for archive curator Asiya Durrani (@Asiya Durrani-McCann ), of Afghan Kashmiri heritage. Having worked at Viv Westwood throughout the 90s, Asiya amassed this crazy collection of rare VW pieces. The shoot draws inspiration from the original Viv Westwood's SS98 Tied To The Mast campaign, a project Asiya originally worked on during her time at the fashion house. Revisiting this era with this project honours both the archival pieces and Asiya's legacy, ensuring they both get the recognition they deserve.
