Last week at PMQs I raised the issue of revenge porn and the current requirement for the victim to prove the perpetrator intended to cause them distress.Hopefully the new legislation in the Online Harms Bill will change this, but in the meantime victims are struggling to get justice. The recent documentary with Georgia Harrison showed how long the process took before her perpetrator was jailed, but it also showed the resilience and determination she needed in order to get through the ordeal. Many other victims are put off coming forward, and it is imperative more is done to support the predominantly female victims of this hideous crime. | Caroline Nokes
