When you’re listening, don’t do it to gather information to lecture with; they will shut you out and not tell you anything. If they want your advice they will ask for it. 2️⃣ Negotiate pretty much everything. This is how you start to give them their own leadership. You’re their leader from up to about 12 and then you want to start handing over some of the leadership to them. 3️⃣ Don’t sweat the small stuff, save your energy for the big stuff.
